The company provides field service, project management, upgrades, conversions, parts and supplies, and phone support for all major makes and models of ATMs and kiosks. The company was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Portland, Oregon. As of November 2008, Solvport operates as a subsidiary of TRM Copy Centers LLC.

Gary Cosmer is President and CEO of Solvport. Mr. Cosmer has over fifteen years of experience applying his unique blend of technology and leadership skills to improve business performance over a broad range of organizations including international and publicly held corporations. An accomplished Senior Executive, his expertise includes strategic and tactical management philosophies geared toward revenue optimization and reducing costs. Prior to TRM Copy Centers, Mr. Cosmer served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for TRM Corporation where he started as Director of Information Technology in 1997.Paul Douthit, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Paul Douthit is Chief Financial Officer for Solvport, where he supervises all accounting, finance, banking, treasury and billing functions. Prior to Solvport, he was Corporate Controller for TRM Corporation beginning in April 2006. Mr. Douthit is a Certified Public Accountant (active in Oregon) with over twenty-five years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Mr. Douthit received his B. S. degree in Business from the University of Southern California. Ms. Whinery-Casdorph has more than fifteen years experience in the consumer packaged goods industry working with a wide range of retailers including supermarkets, convenience stores, delis, drug stores, membership stores and truck stops. Her expertise includes development of full-service programs tailored to the specific objectives and needs of the individual retailer and developing partnerships to build additional revenues, profits and store foot traffic.Sandi Cartwright, Vice President - Operations
Sandi Cartwright is Vice President of Operations for Solvport. Prior to Solvport, Ms. Cartwright was Director of Information Technology for TRM Corporation since 2003. Ms. Cartwright began with TRM Corporation in September 1989 and held key positions within the organization in many departments ranging from Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Information Technology, and Business Development. Sandi was honored by receiving the Company's "David R Bernstein Outstanding Leadership Award" in 2005 and developed and led a company initiative for supporting US military personnel stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan.Mike Roeter, Vice President – Field Service
