Customers pay a flat fee each time the ATM or Kiosk requires a service call. This service covers labor only. The per-event flat fee invoice creates predictable pricing and eases invoicing to customers.

If you prefer to be on a monthly contract for field technical services you can choose Solvport's fixed monthly service contract. A monthly service fee is charged to you and Solvport provides all levels of field technical services for off-premise ATMs. The two pricing matrixs below show the different rates offered. You choose the level of service you want for your ATM, and we add it to your master service agreement.

(877) 349-4286 option 1. The service call may be subject to a $95.00 trip fee if cancelled after technician is on route.

Part Warranty Disclaimer
By requesting service from Solvport, I hereby agree that all parts that are ordered for machines that are under warranty are my responsibility and claims associated with machines that are under warranty are to be taken up directly with the manufacturer (OEM). Solvport will not be responsible for claims or the processing of claims between myself and the manufacturer. All part orders are to be paid in full to Solvport under the agreed upon terms.
