Solvport is looking for an experienced individual for critical Technical Help Desk position. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-production environment and have at least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably involving phone work), Solvport would like to hear from you. In this role, you will answer inbound calls and assist with remote diagnostics and repair of ATM devices. Ability to work nights and/or weekends required – both full-time and part-time employment available. Spanish or Korean speaking ability a plus.
